Who Killed Marilyn? by Sharleen Cooper Cohen

Eliot played Ralph Greenson in this production that played the Emerald Theatre in the West End 20th August - 29th October 2026.....

Making its world premiere at Emerald Theatre London from 15 August 2026, Who Killed Marilyn? dares to challenge the most enduring myth surrounding one of the twentieth century’s most iconic women....

Experience the mystery, the glamour and the raw emotion of Who Killed Marilyn?, a bold new play by Sharleen Cooper Cohen, starring Pixie Lott as Marilyn Monroe and directed by Philip Wm. McKinley.

Drawing on decades of documented evidence, conspiracy and cover-up, the production presents a vivid and provocative re-examination of the life and death of Marilyn Monroe, placing her at the centre of a web of power, politics and desire that reached the highest levels of American government and organised crime.

Who Killed Marilyn? restores Marilyn Monroe to her rightful place, not as a victim, but as a woman of extraordinary intelligence, wit and force, whose story has never been fully told. Until now.

Joining Pixie Lott are Eliot Giuralarocca, Julie Armstrong, Benjamin Dilloway, Emma Haines, Martin Hancock, Paul Kane, Simon Bass, Henry Proffit and Mars Sams, with offstage covers Joshua Ford, Dean Michael Gregory and Ricky Shah.

Reviews...

"Eliot Giuralrocca was particularly noteworthy as Ralph Greenson, Marilyn’s therapist, delivering an assured presence to the role, and made Greenson a compelling figure among the many people surrounding Marilyn."

North West End UK

"@PixieLott, as Marilyn, holds the centre really well. She has the look, the breathy presence and, in the longer passages with her psychiatrist, a stillness that the surrounding scenes rarely match. Those sessions are the best of the night....a psychiatrist scene that briefly suggests the more interesting show underneath...Eliot Giuralrocca’s Ralph Greenson is the one supporting performance that feels like a person rather than a function. He is attentive, slightly compromised, never cartoonish. Against the rest of the company he is a relief."
